The School was Founded on April 15,1952 by Dr. Santos V. Acosta ,Mrs. Consuelo O. Acosta, Mr. Bonifacio Cabunoc, and Mrs. Salud Cabunoc. On the first year,the school was owned by dual ownership, However , Mr. Bonifaco Cabunoc & Mrs. Salud Cabunoc, on the second year of operation discontinued .So in order to continue the life of Academy Dr. Santos V. Acosta and his wife Mrs. Consuelo O. Acosta shouldered all the necessary expenses for the school operation.
The Carmen Academy was first opened to the public in July 1952. The first teachers were Mrs. Consuelo O. Acosta, Directress, Mr. Bonifacio Cabunoc , Principal, and Mr.Bagua Buat and Mrs. Eden G. Afdal as classroom teacher & and followed by other teacher.
The school classification non- sectarian for both boys and girls initially a Secondary High School; Government Recognition in 1956 followed by other teachers.

The history of Carmen Academy Asia International is the story of dedicated men and women whose desire is to established on institution of learning that can answer the need for secondary and for Higher Education in Central Mindanao. It is the story that has its beginning from the painful process of giving birth to and idea and ending in a beautiful promise of fulfillment for those who had founded this school and who dreamed dreams and saw visions.
In 1952, a group of parents , who took it upon themselves to carry out the great commission of teaching and spreading the Gospel, fused themselves prayed and the faith and agreed to the help establish and educational institution dedicated to the ideals truth, faith and service. These pioneers had nothing much but faith that out of the wilderness, so to speak the institution of learning could “be curved out” that will teach in a million of Divine Principle based in culture, the children of their community , the 3 Rs and the more advanced ideas, methods and techniques. Needed as by our modern Technological world.
There are fifteen families only and individuals whose names are inscribed today on a plaque. They were the men and women who have maid possible the establishments of this school.

From a stock corporation, the school was changed to Non-stock Corporation. Some stock members withdrew their ownership but others donated their shares.
Like a young and growing thing, the Carmen Academy has little by little, pushed itself forward to find its rightful place under the sum of learning. And in this process, the Carmen Academy Asia international has become a citadel and a fortress where truth blooms untrammeled by heretical pollution and corruption even to stand to answer today the once long and silent call for and education in this port of the country.

Carmen Academy Asia International College of Science & Technology , Incorporated is a non-stock, non-profit co-educational institution of Higher Learning, as its mission is to educate the total person by developing his spiritual, mental, moral, aesthetic and physical life.

Welcome all alumni, past and present faculties and their relatives, students, board members and sponsors. We open this website to let you know that our school is still existing and many good history and contribution to the society resulted with the leadership of our beloved Directress Consuelo O. Acosta and Dr Santos V. Acosta.

With the current leadership of Col. Carmelino O. Acosta PA, (Inf) we wanted to update our system in giving our services of wholitics education to the populace of Carmen, Cotabato. With your help and contribution we are going to upgrade or system with the international standard of education. To be followed by physical and structural development.

With your collaboration and support (local and international) we can make our beloved institution to be one of international private institution to help not only local people but also international students in the future.

In the future plan we will have collaboration with the international private school to raise our standard of education to be an international standard private school institution. First by developing our staff and faculty the international training for educational development. Through continuous training local and international training and seminars we believe we can make a difference in our services of education.
